Nominations for the 88th Annual Academy Awards















     The nominees for the 2016 Oscars have been announced. Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences President Cheryl Boone Isaacs revealed this year's Oscar contenders Thursday morning (Jan. 14) in an early-morning announcement from Beverly Hills, with help from actor John Krasinski and directors Guillermo del Toro and Ang Lee.
